Antique Gun 2744. 19th Century Balkan Flint Lock Blunderbus Knee Pistol.
9" 3-stage barrel; 18" overall. Decorated brass barrel and buttplate. Brass overlay on stock; checkered wrist and forearm. Elaborate brass sideplate. Marked in Arabic "Omar Muhammed El Sayad bin al Mahoub." Belgian barrel; swan necked cock. Brass is unpolished, wood excellent. No rust or corrosion. Style is classic Ottoman. Not often found in this condition. A very attractive weapon. Only 1995
