Caliber .45/70. Rifle is in very fine overall condition. Bore is very fine; smooth metal retains approximately 40% arsenal blue. Navy anchor stamp on bridge of receiver, along with a (non-standard) P and SWV inspection on side wall of receiver. Correct rear sight, marked RL. This rifle is 700 numbers away from a normally marked specimen. Wood is very fine, and has rack # 218 stamped into side of butt. A variation I have never before encountered. Only $1695
