Circa 1840-1850. Excellent-plus overall condition; gold plate slightly toned. Manfactured by George B. Foster, Boston, who did business under that name from 1840-1852. Tin container is excellent and un-dented, but lacks its black lacquer finish. Super condition for its age; will make an extremely attractive display. $1750
